All content, designs, and materials created by SS Marketing remain the property of SS Marketing until payment is received in full. Once payment is completed, ownership of the delivered website and content is transferred to the client.

SS Marketing will keep all client data and project details confidential and will not share with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

SS Marketing’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. SS Marketing is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
